  • Domestic money transfer services.
  • Payment of utility bills, including electricity, water, internet, and gas.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration or use of the Service.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Payments and Fees

  • All transactions must be paid for in full at the time of processing.
  • Service fees or convenience charges may apply and will be clearly stated before completing any transaction.
  • We do not store any credit/debit card details. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Recharge and Bill Payments: Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Money Transfers: Money transfers cannot be reversed once initiated. Please ensure recipient details are accurate before confirming a transaction.
  • Refunds for failed or incomplete transactions will be processed within 3 working Days
  • In case of a server failure on the Mera Digipay company’s end, the refund process may take up to 180 days to complete.

6. Limitations and Liabilities

We strive to provide uninterrupted and error-free Service. However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays or interruptions caused by third-party service providers.
  • Incorrect details entered by the user resulting in failed or misdirected transactions.
  • Losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the website are owned by us or licensed to us. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.


8. Privacy Policy
