1. Banking Services (AEPS & DMT)

  • Failed Transactions: Automatically reversed within 24-48 high-performance hours.
  • Successful Transactions: Settlement is final and cannot be reversed.

2. Recharges & Utility Bills

  • Failed Recharges: Immediate system refund triggered within 24 hours.
  • User Error: Successful recharges to incorrect numbers/IDs are non-refundable.
